§ 1.
This Privacy Policy sets forth the rules governing the processing and protection of personal data of Users who use the website operated by Ursus Industries sp. z o.o., available at https://ursus-sa.com/
The controller of personal data is:
Ursus Industries sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-411) at ul. Wioślarska 8, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001112913, REGON: 529028026, NIP: 7011211603
(hereinafter: “Administrator”)
This Privacy Policy is implemented in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
§ 2.
The administrator processes the following categories of Users’ personal data:
- identification information
- contact information
- billing information
- information for issuing a VAT invoice
§ 3.
Users’ personal data is processed for the following purposes:
(a) the performance of a contract or the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Article 6(1) (b) of the GDPR,
b) the Administrator’s own marketing activities, with the User’s consent, pursuant to Article 6(1) (a) of the GDPR,
c) profiling—the administrator performs profiling of Customers, which involves analyzing Customer data, in particular activity history, in order to prepare a personalized offer tailored to the Customer’s needs. Profiling does not have any legal consequences for the Customer. The Customer may object to profiling at any time,
d) handling inquiries and correspondence pursuant to Article 6(1) (a) of the GDPR,
e) maintaining statistics and analyzing website traffic pursuant to Article 6(1) (a) of the GDPR,
f) establishing, exercising, or defending against legal claims pursuant to Article 6(1) (f) of the GDPR.
§ 4.
The recipients of Users’ personal data are exclusively:
- persons authorized by the Administrator to process data in the course of their official duties,
- entities involved in the provision of the website’s services, acting under separate data processing agreements,
- public authorities, exclusively in cases provided for by generally applicable law.
The Administrator does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties without the User’s express consent, provided in writing or via email, except as required by law.
§ 5.
Users’ personal data is stored for a period of:
- necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected,
- until the statute of limitations expires for claims arising from the legal relationship between the User and the Administrator,
- required by generally applicable law.
After the above periods have elapsed, the data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
§ 6.
With regard to the processing of personal data, the User has the following rights:
- the right to access your personal data,
- the right to rectify (correct) your data,
- the right to erasure,
- the right to restrict processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object to the processing of your data, including profiling,
- the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that took place prior to its withdrawal.
To exercise the above rights, the User should contact the Administrator by email or in writing at the address of the registered office.
§ 7.
Providing personal information may be:
- a contractual requirement or a condition for entering into a contract to the extent necessary for account registration, placing an order, and performing the contract; failure to provide the data will prevent the conclusion or performance of the contract,
- a statutory requirement to the extent required, among other things, by tax and accounting regulations,
- voluntary in the case of data processing for marketing or analytical purposes, although failure to provide such data may result, for example, in the inability to receive the newsletter.
The administrator informs you of the possible consequences of failing to provide personal data.
§ 8.
The user has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

9.1.
Cookies are pieces of data, specifically small text files, that are saved and stored on the User’s device via a web browser while the User is using the website.
9.2.
The cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s device. They do not allow viruses, malware, or other unwanted software to enter the device.
